This pillow initially gives good support but does NOT last more than a year if you are a restless sleeper. I suggest the larger sized pillow for more comfort.
Tempu-Pedic seems to be the top of the line with these type products. Anything that would help one sleep better is a must have.
This pillow has changed my life. I have not woken up with neck pain since I got it... get it.. trust me!
